Remodel

For all of you who have been asking for updated pictures of our remodel, here you go!  It's coming along pretty fast.  We are having our cabinets installed today and then things should really fly.  It's been a lot of work, but hopefully it will help us sell our cute little condo!

Let's Give Thanks

We all have so much to be thankful for.  I love this time of year when we make the time to appreciate what we are blessed with.  I am so grateful for the wonderful family, friends and husband that I have. I'm thankful that Steven and I both have good jobs that provide a good life for us.  I'm grateful for the gospel to be such a big part of my life and the lifestyle that it teaches us to live.  As I've gotten older I've realized that family and friends truly are the things that matter most to me.  As long as they are around things will all work out. 

Today my heart aches for Mitt Romney.   I feel like as he was campaigning I grew to love, respect and honor this man.  I believe that he would have done wonders for our country and really would have helped turn things around.  Here's to another four years.  I pray that God will bless our country and its leaders.

Birds

Today I came home from work and noticed that our AC unit wasn't working. When Steve bought a new one and took the old one out we found these little guys (and all of their belongings) hiding.

Olympics!

My favorite two weeks out of every two years!

Pretty sure I cried when Michael Phelps had his final swim and interview.

Watching gymnastics is my favorite, but I make myself sick hoping they don't get hurt.

I love watching our country have so much spirit.

I also love watching the world come together and cheer each other on.

Next summer olympics Steven will be performing in....Stroller Dancing!  Can't wait.
