Product Post
Do you ever find a great product and want others to know about it? Lately I've found a few great things that I've been loving and wanted to share.
First: Forever 21 nail polish. Have you tried this stuff? It's only $2.80 a bottle and stays on for so long! Seriously this stuff won't chip and will last until you decide to take it off.
Second: e.l.f. mascara is only $1.50 at target. I love this stuff! It goes on so smoothly and will last all day.
Third: This perfume from anthropologie smells so yummy! Enough said.
Fourth: Biotin vitamins. These little suckers will help your hair grow so much faster. I took them for a few months before my wedding and my hair seriously grew faster than it ever has. I just got my hair trimmed so will probably start relying on them again soon. For only $7.00 at wal-mart your hair will be so much longer and thicker. Plus, it helps your nails be a lot healthier also.
Well those are a couple of things that I have been enjoying. What have you been loving lately?

Recent Events
Life has been so good lately! A few of my favorite recent events?
- Hearing about exciting times in Bff Ashley's life.
- Having my sister tell me that when her son sees a red-head he automatically says Kayla.
- Going shopping for home decor with my mom. ( since I've been married it's now fun)
- Going to lunch with Bff Melissa.
- Having such a caring and loving husband who goes along with my crazy plans.
- Running a 5k with someone who has trained so hard.
- Watching the biggest loser weekly with the in-laws.
- Settling in to our condo and making it our home.
Sometimes life is too good to me!

Wedding
Sorry it's been so long since I've posted! Life has sure been crazy for the past month or so. I just wanted to share a few pictures from our wedding. It was such a beautiful day! The ceremony was probably the neatest experience of my life, and there was such a sweet spirit there. The rest of the day was so fun! We had great weather and everything went very smoothly. After the wedding Steve surprised me with a honeymoon to Costa Rica which was also a blast. Married life is great and we are busy getting settled in our condo downtown.

Fourth
This weekend was so much fun! We started out the playing on Saturday morning with a bike ride with the Henrie family. Tour De Riverton, sounds legit.
This was the furthest I've ridden a bike in a long time! We were pretty tired at the end.
The fourth of July was a fun packed day. It started out with running the Sandy city 5k. My knee has had some major pain so I decided to take it slow and just enjoy it. I have to say that running is a lot more fun when you aren't pushing so hard to improve your time the whole time.
After the run I went with Steve and my family on a hike. It's so pretty up in the canyons right now!
We ended the day by having a bbq with Royce's in-laws following up with the parade, dessert and fireworks.
The fourth of July is probably one of my favorite days of the year. It's so much fun to spend time hanging out with family/friends all day.

A Little Late...
I know I said that I would share the engagement story forever ago...So here it is.
April 27th
Steve and I hadn't seen each other for a couple of days because he had been crazy busy with finals. He called me the night before and asked if he could take me to lunch the next day and then drop me off for work because he would be in Sandy for a business meeting. I was so excited to get to see him and spend time with him. He picked me up and we went to lunch and he was being so quiet, something very abnormal for him. I was kind of getting frustrated and felt like he would rather be doing other things. After we left his mom called and asked if we could stop by the Gateway to pick something up for her. We pulled up and went to Gap where his sisters really good friend works. We talked for awhile and then she handed him a bag and we were on our way. Right before we walked by the place that we met he started walking so slow and then I saw his friend coming down the stairs with flowers in his hand. At that second I looked at Steve and he started rapping to me. Seconds later all of our friends and family came out and watched. It was so fun to get engaged the same way that we met.
I'm so excited to marry Steve! He is such a great guy and I always seem to have so much fun with him. We are getting married on September 22nd in the Salt Lake temple and I couldn't be happier.
Oh and for people who keep asking for me to send them a picture of the ring, here it is!

Mothers
For some reason today has been such an emotional day. I'm pretty sure I cried through all of church. We were all focused on our mothers and all that they do for us. Today it become so apparent to me all that moms do. I'm so excited to one day raise a family. It's amazing to me how much trust Heavenly Father puts in women to raise his children. I'm so grateful for my mom and for all the time and effort she puts into raising a family.

So have any of you guys met my sister Elyse? She is quite possibly the nicest person out there. Elyse moved away from Utah about a year and a half ago and it's weird not having her around anymore. Lately I've been missing her more than ever. She is the greatest example to me. I love how Christlike this girl is. She is the type of person that really does care about those around her. She is the best mom to her little boy and has so much patience. I really hope that one day I will be able to be like her. She makes others feel like they are so important. I am so grateful to have her as my one and only sister. I can't wait until she comes out again!
